1 Agreement to these terms

The Website is operated by Classic Looks.

3 The service

Classic Looks provides an online platform to search and compare classic and specialist vehicle listings aggregated from third-party auction houses, dealers, and classified sites. Features may include free or paid membership tiers, saved preferences, and member-only tools.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

4 Accounts and security

Registration

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account details up to date.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase paid memberships (or have parental consent where the law allows).

Suspension

5 Acceptable use

Listing details (price, description, availability, fees, and legality) may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify information on the source website before bidding, buying, or travelling to view a vehicle.

7 Intellectual property

The Website, its design, branding, software, databases, and original content are owned by or licensed to Classic Looks and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• listing data is complete, accurate, or current;
• the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted; or
• defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law where you are a consumer.

9 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity) arising from your use of the Service or reliance on third-party listings.

If you are a consumer, our total liability to you for losses arising from our breach of these Terms or negligence shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100, except where a higher limit is required by law.

If you use the Service for business purposes, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10 Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account via your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or our legal position.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

11 General

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms (if applicable), and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where required by law.

Consumer rights

Severability
